As purchasing begins, we collaborate with contractors to ensure the design is realized with precision. We review aiming, adjust details in real time, and confirm that the space feels exactly as it should—calm, intentional, and emotionally resonant.
Concierge Services
A retainer-based advisory service focused on smarter specification and sourcing. We review your existing lighting package, refine the specbook, and leverage deep manufacturer relationships to optimize pricing without compromising design intent or atmosphere.

Procurement & Production
Our procurement team manages every step, from manufacturer coordination to pricing transparency to delivery logistics. Because of our direct relationships with fabricators, we lock pricing early and ensure your lighting package arrives complete, consistent, and on schedule, saving time, cost, and friction.
Illumination Session
A one-hour workshop that aligns vision, mood, and technical reality. This session clarifies your goals, establishes the emotional intention of the space, and sets the project on a path toward momentum and coherence.

Concept & Calibration
We develop a tightly considered concept package and preliminary budget. This phase defines the Lighting Language of the project—temperature, tone, rhythm, and intention—while calibrating design direction with architectural and brand context.
We also offer Light Calibration: a focused QA/QC process of redlines, refinements, and technical review.
Technical Documentation
Once the concept is approved, we produce precise drawings and specifications that translate the design into actionable detail. Every fixture, beam angle, and integration point is chosen with purpose. Our team stays closely engaged through coordination and construction, ensuring the design is executed exactly as intended.
